What happens when a soundtrack reacts to the road? In this Hackatune 2026 workshop, the team at Impulse Audio Lab introduces Drivable Music: compositions that respond to a vehicle’s state in real time, shifting with speed, acceleration, and the conditions around the car.
You’ll explore how sound can follow what a car is doing, then put the idea to the test. Participants experience the concept firsthand on live test drives, hearing the music change as the drive unfolds.
Expect a practical session at the intersection of music and mobility, with plenty of room to experiment.
