The short version
A real association, kept human.
Munich Music Labs e.V. is a member-led registered nonprofit. Elected board members carry the legal and strategic responsibility; small working areas help projects move without unnecessary hierarchy.
Active members contribute through research and development, events, entrepreneurship, partnerships, communications, finance, legal work or administration. People can move between areas as their interests develop.
What does regular participation mean?
Members join ongoing collaboration, attend community knowledge-sharing regularly and take ownership of agreed work. Exact working times and internal coordination are shared during onboarding, not published as public obligations.
